On August 20,2001, my 10 year old son won an item at auction on ebay. We paid for the item with insurance through paypal. Paypal e-mailed us confirming payment on 08/24/01. Mr. Jack Hsu, aka wubai507@aol.com, 1133 W. Sepulveda Blvd. #0-202, Torrance, Ca. 90502 e-mailed confirming receipt of payment on 08/24/01. On this same date he claims to have shipped this item which we have still not received as of 09/28/01. We have attempted to e-mail Mr. Hsu, but all of our mail has been returned undeliverable due to a full mailbox and/or no service.
We have filed a complaint with Squaredeal through ebay to no avail. We are not alone in our dissatisfaction, I have received several e-mails voicing the same circumstances. We do intend to file a mail fraud complaint to stop this from happening to others. Please note the full name, e-mail address, residential address, city and state to be on the look out for this offender. The usual items that he offers at auction are action figures of the chinese/japanese type, such as megaman, rockman, etc.

petty thief, petty man.
