In a short nutshell I bought 2 machines from Gstar in September 2009 and only get an engineer in July 2010 to South Africa that I paid for to fix their software and replace the camera . Then only the machines worked for first time in 6 months. After the engineer left the 3D engraving machine worked for +-10 blocks and stop engraving. After contacting them they do not reply and when I got the reply they dont answer me on who will pay for the repair. After 1 year I learn that this machine can only work in certain temperature conditions (From Skype corresponds with them). I do not get answered for my mails but am not happy with service. I contact their CEO but he cannot speak english and dont care for answering with a english speaking person in their company. The answers are for questions I am not asking talking in circles for months. They also Rip me off by taking money before give training and delivery and now after 1 1/2 year they did not support me they claim the guarentee is expire.They are a example for all people not to deal with China.
