There have been several reports on this site regarding wulongsource and although it helps to see others are going through the same difficulties as me regarding contacting this company, I am still trying to figure out a way to find a solution. One posting by "Angela" in Florida seems to have gotten an answer and her refund from wulongsource, finally. Like her and others posted here on this site, I too have tried to contact the company numerous times (at all of the different contact places), and have yet to even get a response. I do not feel comfortable purchasing anything from a company that has such horrible customer service, and/or changes it's name, contact information, and website so suddenly and quickly.

I recently purchased and have been drinking the WuLong Tea: $49.99 - 1 Package that claims "QFL Exclusive Iron Goddess of Mercy-Wu long Tea- the most powerful fat burner compared to all other wulong teas. Its strong weight loss function is almost double of any other Wu Long Tea"

So far I have been quite disappointed with the product, as I feel as though I am just drinking tea- like my cup of chamomile or mint- nothing special - except the cost! I am curious as to the "other health benefits" as well as me staring to "rid pounds."

I believe I have 30-60 days to return the product, but I do not know if I should try for that long, or be patient for another week or two and see if I feel or see or find any results whatsoever from drinking your tea. I will be a little disappointed and displeased, however, knowing that if I do return the product, I will have to pay a 20% "restocking" fee as well as shipping (again).


More importantly, by the time I even contact them successfully (if ever), the 60-day period will probably be over.

I want my money back, would like to post this formal complaint, and if ever contacted by the company and they tell me I can get a refund if I send the product back, I do not want to pay any fees or shipping.
