Complaint Review: Wuxi Neon Electrical Equipment Co.Ltd

Attention all USA based consumers looking to outsource purchases in the electronic lighting catagory.

Do not do business with Wuxi Neon Electrical Equipment Co. Ltd.

I dealt with a sales person named - Julia -  info@wxneon.com. I noticed one of their ads on a reputible international trade website recently. What this company does is display photos of products that if you end up buying, you'll get something completely different. Only after you end up wiring money for the products in these photos, what you receive is completely different. This company is doing a bait and switch scam, no refunds. 

They give clear descriptions of products so you think you know what your getting when you combine the description with the photos but it's a complete scam - beware. What you end up thinking is that you'll get what they have a photo of online but what you wind up with is a garbage product that fits the ambiguous description partially though is cheaply made, not tested and certified (completely different visually). Their photos of products also show tags saying UL listed and what they end up shipping has no kind of safety stamps of any sort. Complete scam.

I wired them money to purchase of 250 sets of lights. They shipped me a completely bogus product, looked nothing like the photos and have no return policy. They say this is my fault because they referenced it (it being the descriptive China to USA language barrier rough english version) in the "PI" even though after bantering back and forth over email with them Julia over there admits via email dated Sept 15, 2013, "the photo is false which is what one of our foreign trade salesman made".

Caveat Emptor. No refunds made, all sales are final. Do yourself a favor and learn from my costly mistake
