Complaint Review: WuYi Tea Aka Living Lean

On 1/12/08 I signed up for a 2 week "free trial" of WuYi tea. I didn't receive the order until the two week trial period was almost up. On 2/5/08, I emailed markcustomersupport@gmail.com as per the instructions on their 800# and requested to cancel the autoship program. On 2/7/08, I send a 2nd request email and received no reply. On 2/7/08, my credit card was charged for $37. I then made a 3rd request to cancel my autoship and to refund the $37. On 2/9/08, I received a reply from Nancy at TeaHelp@USA.com and she said that I was removed from autoship and listed the hoops I have to jump through to get my refund less shipping charges. (WU-YI Source, 5300 Ontario Mills Parkway, Unit 400, Ontario CA 91764). And, most recently, 2/14/08, I received an additional charge of $19.95 from Living Lean which is not only unauthorized but the charge is for something unknown.
This is a terrible scam that must be stopped.
