I ordered a so called "free" sample in which I was only to pay shipping and handling. I've order samples before only paying S&H with no troubles before so it seemed reasonable at the time. On 2/15 I'm charged $6.95 which I expected, then on 3/5 I'm charged 29.95 then on 3/15 I'm charged another 19.95 for IW Living Lean aka Wu-Yi Tea.

I called bank to dispute the charges (29.95 and 19.95) the bank called wu-tea and tried to get them to credit the charge and they refused and claimed they canceled the account. They refused to provide a confirmation number; had no employee ID and only gave us a first name (how many Asian's are name Samuel?).

I'm working with my bank to remove the fraudulent charges. Wu-Yi is a scam website the fraudulently charge you credit card month after month with authorization.

For this so called free sample they want to charge me a total of $56.85 so far I don't know if the charges will ever stop. My credit card company said now that they have my credit card number they can keep charging me as often as they want.

I may have to cancel my credit card account to avoid this fraudulent scam.
