I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday to be delivered on 12/8. They never arrived.I called to find out what happened on 12/8 after they were not delivered by 7pm. They ordered a redelivery for Saturday, 12/9.

They did not come on 12/9, so I called and requested a full refund. They stated they needed to talk to the florist. On the evening of 12/10, a neighbor brought a dozen flowers out of their vase and a wet card. She stated that the vase was smashed on her porch and her husband was cleaning it up.

The flowers were brown. They had been sitting outside with no water for a couple days. 1800Flowers.com would only issue a 20% refund, saying the flowers had been delivered. They won't refund the whole amount.

Went all the way up to a third level manager and they said if they come get the flowers, we can have our money back.
