Product ordered on July 21, canceled on July 31, and according to website it says shipped on august 7th! (Today). I requested a refund 7 days before the product shipped. Now its on the way, I have no tracking, no idea when its coming, and no refund! My credit card was billed instantly after ordering, instead of waiting till
shipment. At this rate, my parts for my broken car will take 3 weeks to get here! Also, now If I want a FULL refund, it cant be done! Because I have to pay a 20% restocking fee, and return shipping, I lose either way. They state on their website that cancels can be made before your credit card is charged, but that is impossible since they charge your card as soon as you place the order! I called multimple times to try and resolve the issue. Not only were they rude, but the "manager" ended up hanging up the phone on me. The icing on the cake is this link:
