Hello,

Attached is a copy of an email we sent earlier today.  Your ISP Cox has bounced all emails sent to you so we are emailing you from an alternate account.  You may reply to switzer@bargainbloodhound.com or orders@tulipstores.com (the Yahoo email address this email was sent from is not monitored)

Thanks,

Hello,

Thank you for your order.  The estimated delivery timeframe to 32958 for this order is mid-late next week (8/4-8/6).  This item ships directly from the manufacturer (located in Florida) and they usually ship 2-5 days after receiving our orders.

Thanks,
Todd Switzer

The buyer continues to dig himself in deeper with lies

The facts speak for themselves.

1.We offer a 30 day return policy and provided the buyer with RMA instructions when they requested a return.  There was no need  for these scammers to file a chargeback.

2.  The buyer's account is full of lies, omissions, and most importantly is libelous.

The only people who need "to beware" is online merchants who are scammed daily by people like Paula and Thomas.

Claims By Chargeback Duo Paula and Thomas Are False

#4UPDATE Employee

Wed, September 29, 2010

This buyer was not ripped off and her claims of being ripped off are false, libelous, and legally actionable, and we are also holding the buyer liable for all expenses we incurred as a result of her chargeback.

We offer a 30-day return and this buyer was provided with an RMA number as soon as she requested a return.  The buyer filed a chargeback the day before providing us with tracking info for the return.  This buyer also attempted to scam us by shipping the return via UPS to our USPS PO Box return address knowing full well that UPS wouldn't deliver to a PO Box.  Luckily we were able to intercept the package before it was returned as undeliverable so these people's little chargeback game didn't work out as they planned (i.e. getting merchandise for free)

FYI, this claim by the buyer is also false "Saying they couldnt get through to my email. But they could.".  Her ISP Cox bounced every email we sent and we saved copies of all of the bounced emails.
