I purchased several electronics from this company, including iphones, android table, 65 inch LED Television and camcorder, the total cost came to $1063.00 US Dollars. The chat representative claimed all other sources of payment were under maintenance and asked me to use Western Union.

After I paid for the order (plus cost to send the money) I received a email the following day informing me that my shipment had been detained at the custom of China now. So I needed to pay 500 USD  to clear customs.

The email went on to read "the tracking number can't work now.We promise after the tariff is paid, the custom department will release the products to you .and you can get the tracking number.

Then you can track your goods by the tracking number . finally you can get your goods in three days please reply A.S.A.P.  as they ask you make payment for tax in 3 days after three days they will make an auction."

I contacted the Attorney Generals office, US Customs, US Embassy of China and the Trade Commission. None of the addresses that this company gives are real, the phone numbers are fake, the web site that they give you to verify the company is fake, and the "Document" they provide is false, just as is the Beijing Customs Website they provide you a link to is... ALL FAKE.

I had never used Western Union before. I learned the hard way, NEVER buy anything using them,
There is no way to get your money back. Please get the word out and save others from these crooks. They refused to give a refund, they refused to pay the "tariff" and allow reimbursement after the order was received and refuse to respond to email after they have your money.
