This Company would not accept a return because the original packaging was "opened". The item arrived and did not work as specified in the advertising. How can one check out the item they have purchased without opening the box? NO REFUND OR CREDIT WAS GIVEN. Since the purchase in July 2006, they have revised their return policy, but BUYER BEWARE!! I am out $45.00 dollars and am stuck with an item that does not work AT ALL!

NOTE: The "return specialists" are trained and manipulative and could care less about whether there has been a faulty product sent out. They say that you should return it to the manufacturer instead and accept no responsibility for selling a faulty product. They also profess to be a Christian Company with Christian principles. I would highly doubt that they put the $45 dollars I lost in the collect plate the following Sunday. BUYER BEWARE!!
