Complaint Review: www.bonzi.com internet boost

i downloaded internet boost and it does not work windows xp i am so up set i live on a fixed in come and i will not stand for this . i received a e mail told me to click on the bottom and it would get me to the certificate i needed to fill out for a refund i trusted these people and all told me that it was not for windows xp.i want my money if you can help me i would really appreciate.never again.
