I downloaded the software,did not receive anything,could not locate them at all,and they took my money a.s.a.p. I have the receipt. Don't know how to get my money back.

I went to this site and found that there is a way to contact their billing department.

You have to keep going through several pages but start by clicking "Support"

Eventually you reach a page where you will need to enter information from your reciept.

I have no personal knowledge of this company and don't know whether this will get your money back but it sounds like the place to start.
