I saw this website in a magazine and on the internet when I was searching for instructional braiding videos. I went to the website looked at the videos and thought they were too high. I would check back from time to time and signed up for their little email club whatever it's called. I got an email from the website about a sale they were having, so I went to the site and ordered a couple of dvds. I got a letter thanking for submitting my order and that I would get a confirmation email as soon as the ordered was processed. The order was processed and came out of my account and no confirmation. I emailed the address on the website, no answer. I called the customer service and got voice mail. I sent another email, no answer. Again called customer service 3 times and still no answer. Left another message. I looked at my bank statement and emailed the aol address on my statement that was different from the site address, no answer. So then I continued to call the number with no answer it would ring until the operator would disconnect. I searched the dayton Ohio BBB and it said that the business has since closed and that the 3 numbers they had for the business were disconnected and there was no forwarding number. The number on my bank statement was also disconnected. since all these numbers are disconnected, no answer from anyone I hve began the dispute process with my bank to get my money bank. If you look through the site their are articles where she has bene in the paper and etc., I don't know what's going on here but you don't let me know that you got my money and where my merchandise is, there is definitely a problem. I will update and let everyone knows what happens after this.
