Bait and Switch: This company has misleading product pages which show the box and even videos of the merchandise, but it's only for part of the packaging(box or instructions). It's pretty simple, if they really intended to not mislead their customers they would have:
- Say what you are getting in the product titles "box only" or "instructions only", the amount of negative reviews and feedback should be a hint to them...
- Repeat "box only" or "instructions only" in the product description, and used a bright/highlight color.
- Say "toy not included"
- remove videos of the toy from product pages, since you are not getting the toy
Also i suspect that their quickness to ship is actually an effort to make it impossible to cancel an order. I had made two unanswered calls and sent two emails trying to cancel my order before I received a shipping notice. Which was 1hr after the order had been placed.
I'll revise or possibly remove my report after dealing with their returns service...
