www.buffaloflavor.com Scott DeCota slippery and sneaky, held me off long enough so bank couldn't refund me. ripped off a hometown girl Cheektowaga, New York

My family and I moved from the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area to the Houston, Texas area to be near my husbands family.  We really miss New York and certain foods that are not available anywhere else.  A friend of mine advised me of a couple websites where I could purchase local area foods and have them drop-shipped.  I ordered from two of them.  The first website..no problems everything came in a timely fashion.

The second website is www.yourbuffaloflavor.com.  I had order several items that totaled 57.96 which I paid thru PayPal  After about 10 days I contacted the company and advised them I had not received my order.  I received an email back form Scott DeCota which advised me that they had an issue with the shipment and that they were reshipping immediately.  I said okay...waited another 3 weeks...still no order.

Now we are 1871 miles away and very busy looking for a house so every two weeks or so I am getting one excuse or the other from this guy about my order.  Finally he said he would refund me.  I did not receive the refund.  I tried to dispute thru PayPal but couldn't because it is past 90 days and the bank wouldn't refund me because I paid thru  Paypal.  

I never got my order or my money back.  He no longer responds to my emails and never returns phone calls.  I wanted a memory of home and what I got was a nightmare.  He took advantage of my good nature.
 
I will never get my money back but hopefully someone will read this and not lose theirs.
