Complaint Review: bzboyz

ok, I ordered a duron 700 + abit motherboard from a company called www.bzboyz.com

i didnt get a tracking number like a paid for, so I didnt think it had been shipped yet

3 days later, there it is sittin in the yard ripped opened and gone thru come to find out ups shipped it to the wrong house
a "drug dealers" house.. so it wasnt bzboyz fault
but i called them, and got the complete run around, call ups etc, so i called ups filed a report etc, since i paid for insurance, ups was gonna pick up the package and send it back to bzboyz and pay them for it, via the insurance, bzboyz told me i'd hafta wait atleast 30 days before they would refund my money or send me another, then they tried to get me to buy the same exact thing for another 300$

im like wtf, are you gonna give me another 300 dollars??
he said no of course, it was hard as hell to get them on the phone, while on the phone with a manager, he was like, just email us, i have to go and you hardly get a response via email, and their icq tech support are ran by morons its pure bullshit

i filed a credit card dispute (after bzboyz told me i couldnt file a cc dispute, Ha Ha!), and ordered from a different company.
this really pissed me off, they havent contacted me or anything, so far so good.
