Complaint Review: Frank Porretta Cambridge Consulting Partners LLC Florida

We are writing this because this is long overdue. We are sick and tired our these people and fake companies who think they can get away with scamming innocent hard working individuals and companies out of their money. NO MORE.
Frank Porretta and his so called company Cambridge Consulting Partners are scam artist to the fullest. They scammed us out of $30,000k for a PPM and guaranteed us 2 Million Dollars for our company expansion. He also claimed it would be a non recourse loan. We have filed suit against him and his so called company. We have notified the SEC, FBI, FTC, and The Florida Attorney General. We asked him several times for our refund and he said he would draft up papers and get it to us however, 3 days later he claimed he "lawyers" stated there cannot be any refund due to non compliance on our behalf. BULL####!!!

We will have justice on this.
