They ended up charging $11.95 for S/H. The hat came was a like toy hat that companies would probably use on dolls. Material and quality is very, very cheap and small. They will not accept any return of only one piece and even if they did accept it, shipping fee of $11.95 is not returnable. www.capwholesalers.com and www.customizedwear.com are owned and operated by the same owners. I was searching for hats online and happened to click on their link. I was going through placing the order and at the final step, the shipping and handling fee was "TBD" (to be determined). I thought they would email me to ask if I would agree moving forward with the purchase or not, but they ended up shipping and charging me for the hat. It is very wrong that they didn't obtain my consent before finalizing the purchase.
Basically, I'd like to let everyone know and be aware of the company above and not to buy or do any business with them. They are scammers!
