Place an order with an e-check which was cashed and 2 months and not a word regarding shipment. Went to login to my account on the website and it no longer works. Tried to reset password but got a message saying my email wasn't recognized as a registered user.
Sent emails to three different support addresses that are listed as contacts on the website. Have not got any response back whatsoever.
Checked the IP registrar info for the site and the domain name is up for sale. Found similar websites all owned and operated by the same individual. Name is Ed... used to have the last name because I did a brief check when I first decided to make a purchase and he was listed on Facebook and Linked'In and other places. Unfortunately I missed seeing the RipOff Report listed here from 2005.
