I ordered 3 gator grip wrench sets in october of 2001 , i never got them and they charged my credit card for them . With numerous attempts to reach them they finally told me they were discontiued due to a faulty part from the manufactor. Thay said they would give me a credit but never did. It is Now January of 2002 and i have turned them over to my credit card company for an investigation.I tried one last attempt to reach them by phone and email explaining thet is had turned them over to the better busness bureau. I finally got a respoce from them with a VIRUS attached that Ruined my computer.This virus was sent ON PURPOSE. BEWARE of these people!!!!!!!!!!!!
