I ordered a mini netbook for christmas for my daughter, they took the money off my card the next day, I also paid for priority shipping.

It has been over a week and have not heard one word have not been contacted in any way, after several telephone calls and e-mails.

It's impossible to get ahold of anybody, and for a refund, they take a couple weeks, and want 25% of you purchase price.

I just want my money back, and to get out.
