we were purchasing a cat from exoticfelinekittens.com and we sent them 1000 dollars ... they then told us through the shipping coming universemovers.com that we need pet insurance for 1150 .. but that it was 100 percent refundable.. after sending that.. they mailed us the next morning saying that the paper work wasnt in line and if we didnt send another 2700 hundred that we would be charged with animal neglect and that we would also be charged with smuggling ... needless to say we didnt send the money and are now waiting to see what they will do next.. w
we had phone conversations with the supposide breeder as well as the transport company... all the while being told the poor kitten is sitting in a box waiting for shipment.. we dont beleive the kitten was ever in there... and the websites are still running... offering the same kittens.. PLEASE HELP.
