Complaint Review: FreeRazor.com

On 8-17-04 I noticed there was $9.97 taken out of my checking account thru FreeRazor.com. I contacted them on 8-18-04 asked them to return the money since I did not order any free razors nor did I want any. They claimed they would return the money. I called back the 23rd, they (MARK) claimed they had already sent out the product and could not send back any money until I got the product and sent it back to them!

I kept in contact with them and when I did not receive the product Mark claim to be refunding my money. When I called back to ask where my money was he claimed they were having problems with returning my money their program would not allow it to go thru.

Funny thing is they did not have a problem taking out the money. I am still waiting for my money. I have reported this to the bbb in California, New York and in Michigan. My next step on Monday is FTC, and Attorney General for all 3 states. Plus two tv stations that deal with internet fraud! I also am taking time to report this company to who ever will listen!
