Complaint Review: Www.Grant-Directory.com

I payed for a grant writing software from this company after looking at a few different websites offering a service that would get you access to 1000's of federal grants. Well, they get you access, but they are all places that you could get on the internet for free in the firstplace. The grant writing software is not software but a "how to" from the EPA and hardly a template for the individual who wants to start their own business or go to school. I was promised a "free" consultation with a grant writing coach and about 3-4 weeks later (which was just last night) I got a call from Synergy Pro Consultants who want me to "invest" $3000 to work with a mentor who will help me write grant proposals.

Please beware that just because a web site exists, does not mean the company is legit. I just wanted the "software" and instead got duped. Luckily, it was only about $20, but still a RIP OFF. Some grant writing websites have you paying alot more. I will soon submit a "rip off report" for the Synergy Pro company after I tell them where to stick it.
