HudsonHorizons.com promised services that they never delivered. It took over months to create a simple small company website that I had given them all the text for and images for.

I first spoke with Stephanie who seemed so nice to get me to a sales person then once the project began; the project manager was unprofessional and did not know what he was doing.  Tech support is nonexistent even though they promise 24/7 support.  

You never get anyone to help you after being on hold for up to 45 minutes then If you do get someone on phone you are strangely cut off. 

They charged my credit card for upgrades I never ordered. I had to cancel my credit card because of HudsonHorizons.com.

Now the website that I paid for has disappeared because they claimed I owed them more money!!! And I refused to pay any more money to HudsonHorizons.com. Now I cannot get anyone on the phone responsible for these happenings.

Stay away from HudsonHorizons.com. They will make it sound like they are helping you and all the while, its upgrades all the time and them trying to figure out how to get more money out of your
pocket, they will take your money and not produce.

I even had Daryl Bryant and Matt Mayernik the supposing owners of the company get on the phone
and just give me a run around. If I had enough time and money I would sue HudsonHorizons.com for the damages my company suffered, doing this to an old man.

My name is in your database and you may have hidden it because of the money you stole from me. Your company is a hack and there will be much more blogging to follow. Everyone needs to know what a scam your company is. Your a secretary and also the one who reffered me to the sales person that persuaded me into this build a bigger site to be found on the internet. None of your websites ever get found on the internet your a joke, a scam, a loser company. Unless your spending money on adwords your sites wouldn't be found under a rock you joke.

As a representative from Hudson Horizons, Id like to first and foremost point out that out of the hundreds of clients we service and work for, we have no customers by the name of Christopher from Manhattan on file. 

Hudson Horizons has been in business for nearly 10 years and during that time has earned an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. We pride ourselves on providing each and every client with excellent customer service and have many references and testimonials to back that. The items you mentioned above all seem to be fabricated as if you were a competitor trying to damage our reputation but if you are truly an unsatisfied customer I would like the opportunity to try and amend any issues you may have.
