www.korsmall.com KorsLove Product Never Received, No Follow Up Internet

My experience with korsmall.com is similar to previous reports. Ordered two handbags on Dec. 4. Immediately received two confirmations via email - one for purchase and one for confirmation of payment. Confirmation said 7-9 business days for delivery. On December 23, I have still not received anything from them and repeated emails via their web site have gone unanswered.

My credit card statement showed an international transaction fee associated with the purchase which I found odd since the company's web site said they were in CA.

I have not tried calling their customer service chat but have filed multiple complaints against them with the Federal Trade Commission and the BBB.

I am curious if anyone ever did receive their orders from this company?
