This company charged my credit card without my permission after buying my personal private information. My card was refunded but this business practice needs to be illegal and thiese people need to be shut-down!! I'm filing a class action lawsuit against these people and need help from anyone they have scammed!!!

Beware of these people and check your credit card statements!!

response to negative information on Take Me On Vacation

I received a call fom Take Me On Vacation after filling out a form at an outdoor event in Virginia. I must admit at first I was skeptical but eventually gave my credit card information to the representative (his name was Steve Cerv). He was very professional and friendly and he ALSO gave me the authrization # for the $598 charge, which he informed me would appear on my credit card billing statement as GVD Take Me On Vacation.

When I travelled I also was to pay a $118 per adult port charge which he informed me of when we spoke. To make a long story short, we (my wife and I) took the trip and had the vacation of our lives! It was exactly as Steve had explained it...4 days/3 nights in Orlando,2(TWO day passes for Universal Studios),the 2 night cruise to the BAHAMAS (incredible time!) and 2 more nights back at the Whyndham Hotel in Fort Lauderdale.

I would recommend this to anyone as it was at a highly reduced cost (which enabled us to take advantage of it)and again we had a GREAT time!! Thank you for reading this and I hope it makes your decision making easier.

i bought a vacation as one of you have described...the 8 day vacation.....i was told that it was 3 nights in orlando, 2 nights in south fl, and 2 night cruise plus i received some bonus vacations i received everything that they told me that i would receive, in fact they upgraded me to a better hotel for free and the people were more than willing to help me out with anything that i needed and go that extra mile needed when you go on vacation... i paid 598 for the vacation the night i bought it and 236 when i was ready to travel.. this is what the lady told me i was to pay and that is all the company charged me....i bought the vacation because a friend of mine had filled out a form at a show, she took the vacation and she had no problems as well...i thought the pricing was very fair and the company was more than willing to go out of there way to help...it sounds strange to me that someone else would have such a bad experince because when i was on vacation i met several other people at the hotels that come there from the same company and their vacationing went as smoothly as mine did...in fact their vacation was so affordable, that i booked another vacation with them again and returing with their company in the summmer...i'm sure if you go through the right people in the company then you should have no problem with their business...good luck
