Complaint Review: less than ebay

Hi

On the 23rd of October I sent this company payment for 2 pieces of memory after they sent me a notice through Hotmail advertising a sale. The total that I sent was $75.96, I know the amount was not much but I still feel ripped off. After several attempts to contact them I received no response. For the payment of the Item I used the company Paypal. Finally after not receiving the product I sent a complaint to paypal explaining my dilemma. I received (and maintain a copy) a letter stating that indeed the seller was at fault but unfortuneatly there was nothing that they could do about it because their account was $0.00.

The company was called www.lessthanebay.com, and the email came through jgjfjshsjfh@aol.com, and was signed memuulll, on paypal's response form it listed the seller as calvinj911@aol.com
