License direct lists outdated license information. Some licensing boards provide databases of licencees to be downloaded. This web site listed an outdated license along with my home address. I had a psych patient ask me how I liked where I lived. He got my home address from this web site. I filled out and sent in their removal form. No response. Listing is still there. No business address. No business phone number. I have since changed my address with my state licensing board but I have an unusual name. Every patient I see can very easily come to my home where my children sleep.
