Greetings GuohongI continue with the appeal for my refund, payment via credit card Lloon 9th October 2013, for the item 20131009011903veDxY at $78 US Dollars. Initial claim for refund on 12th October, 2013 was requested to GuOhong via this email account, 

 

The response that I received from was a refund would be received after twenty to thirty day period, due to my understanding of "account and administration authorisation; RP checks." This period of twenty to thirty days for authorisation is ridiculous, far to long to authorise a refund in thdis modern day of technology, internet banking and internet sales which occur instantly with no more than two days allowing for the bank to approve the transaction and transfer the money at times.  I am filled  with rage to wait such a long time for the refund of my money.

 Due to your incompetency to provide me with a item that you display on your website for sale and take my order and payment for only to tell me that it cannot be filled due to not having the item. Thisexperience with your company has been unpleasant and a ongoing burden, that does not seem like it will end.  I feel like your company www.luckinbox.org does not value me as a customer. You have not met my expectation in providing a service for the sale of goods in exchange for money.

 

 

You have taken my money and have not provide me with the item I had wished to purchase. I have requested a refund for my payment and you have not fulfilled that request. I believe you have with held my payment of $78 US Dollars and will not refund my money unless I seek further action to seek justice of this corrupt matter.  As a business you have not complied with accurate communication, you have not told me if I will receive my refund. You  have not stated when I will be receiving this refund payment

Your communication is lacking in current and up to date information as you do not reply within a two day period to my emails via or via my personal account within your website. I have used www.paypal.com to send  a invoice for my refund payment of $78 US Dollars on numerous occasions and your company, www.luckinbox.org remains unresponsive and has not carried out the amendment. I believe my trust has been broken and I have been mislead by your company www.luckinbox.org. 

 

 

 

 I demand a reason to why you have not carried out corrective action to refunding my payment. I demand a date for when I will receive this payment that has been with held of $78 US Dollars. I demand a apology on behalf of your incompetency and failure to me. I demand a reason to why it is that I am awaiting my refund payment after a total of thirty five days later after clearly stating that I want my money returned and will not select another product from your company www.luckinbox.org. 

 

 

 

Guohong you have lied to me, your company www.luckinbox.org has lied to me. You previously had told me I would receive my payment after twenty to thirty days? So please do tell me why that is that I have not received it and also why it is there has been no communication or notice of a further delay in approving this refund?
