I placed an order for memory foam with Mark's 1/2 Price Bedding.

I received an e-mail stating that my order has shipped. When FedEx delivered the package to my home, the package had been opened during transit. I looked in the opened box and noticed that one of the product that I ordered was missing. I declined acceptance of the package from FedEx.

I contacted Mark's 1/2 price Bedding by phone and e-mail about the package. I received a call from them to see what I wanted to do. We agreed that a credit would be the best course of action. I been waiting for my credit and also received e-mails stating that it could take up to 4 days. It's been longer than 4 days and now I am being told that they do not issue credit until they receive the return package. I did not receive the package and I feel credit is due to me.

Mark's 1/2 Price Bedding dispute is with FedEx and not me, my dispute is with Mark's 1/2 Price Bedding and not FedEx. I did not ship any packages. Mark's 1/2 Price Bedding (www.memoryfoam.com) did 100% of the shipping. They must confirm with FedEx that they want the package back.

Buyers that are searching for memory foam pads must be aware of this situation.

I received my credit on January 15, 2004. After I forwarded FedEx's tracking number by e-mail to Mark, he replied, stating to contact his customer service with my credit card number to receive credit. The FedEx tracking number showed that I refused acceptance of the product.
