The company lists: Genuine, Authentic Discount Products. Not true. The products they sell are not Genuine. They are not actual products. Example: They sale Genuine Discount Ganson Engineering products.
Not true. We own Ganson Engineering. They do not sell any of our products. How many more products they are selling that are also Fradulent.

In rebuttal to Ganson's direct accusation regarding selling items that are not as advertised; MyInkPro.com only relies upon industry-leading wholesale relationships to sell items as listed directly to the consumer market. If an item is marked as genuine from a particular manufacturer, we pull stock reports from wholesale relationships and ship directly. Noticing that this report was filed in 2010 and we are now over 2 years past the fact, we no longer sell Ganson genuine supplies and haven't for a while due to inventory going stale. We take pride in complete customer satisfaction and honesty throughout the sales experience.

We are not sure what this complaint is referring to. We sell toner and ink. We populate our online catalog from our large wholesale partner who updates us with the part information. We then take those parts from various manufacturers (I'm assuming Ganson is one) and display them on our website. If Ganson Engineering uses TriGuide to list their equipment, then the data feed could reach us that way.
