Complaint Review: Www.onlinepublicart.com

On 6/16/2004 I received an unauthorized charge on my credit card for the amount of $12.73. The company name on this charge is www.onlinepublicart.com
I was unable to find this website listed anywhere except for this Rip-off report site, where I've learned I am one of at least five people in the past week to have this happen.
