Complaint Review: Onlinesmoker.com

I ordered 2 Cartons of Cigarettes, had the problem with the Country in threir Orderform. Only USA and Canada were offered for Shipping, but their add was telling that every country was possible.

I send them an Email with the question to change the Country Canada to Germany. They send me an Email back, where they told me that they changed Germany to Canada. Send at least 5 Emails, never got an answer. They send me than a Confirmation of the Shipping with the wrong address. I still waiting after 1.5 Month for an Email-response and for the Shipment.

I am sure it will never come. This Company is a Fraud and Cheap cigarettes over the Internet is only interresting for the Companies, to cheat the people. I will send American Express the name of this Company, so that they will put them on the Black List. I hope all other people will do the same. When everyone does this, this kind of Fraud will be stopped. I am sure AMEX will do the investigation, when enough people are reporting.
