Roomster charged my card against my will for an extra amount I did not agree to, they do not operate a legit business. There is no contact information, they have no offices and are running from a random laptop. They do not reply professionally to a refund request, and are rude to customers. They do not offer a refund which is illegal. They have no right to charge customers cards illegally it is false advertisement to charge $5.99 for a service and turn around and charge an extra $29.95 against the customers intent.
