www.shopgoodwill.com Goodwill Goodwill Corrupt to Core Aztec NM, Internet

To date I have had 29 transactions (winning auction bids) with www.shopgoodwill.com. I have been engaged in constant complaining to them via email since I began participating on their site. My quote included in each and every email is

" There is no disclaimer that is going to protect you from intentional misrepresentation or gross negligence irregardless of being a charity".

Notable instances of concern began very early as did my complaints. Responses I have received back have their own problematic issues. I have advised this organization on numerous occasions that I believed there would soon be a movement for a class action suit against them because of the things that I had noticed. That is why my complaint is here on record so I may be found and contribute.

The details of my problems with www.shopgoodwill.com are strategically withheld because these folks are headed into litigation if there is not something done on a large scale.

I continue to trade with them because of the uniqueness of whats available.

In all fairness, I do not believe that what is occurring with www.shopgoodwill.com is inclusive of every person or facility participating. My complaint is a formal notice of my intent towards them and also a warning to anyone doing or considering doing business with them.

The price of something may be inflated (fraudulently) but you can know what that price will be so you can decide to bid. Question everything using diligent common sense.Pay closest attention to items that are not tested and the reasons why especially when like items were tested. Of course you will find that the listings may include false statements about items that inflate the price and at the same time staff advising they were unable to give an opinion on a clock working because they are just not experts. They are after all rank amateurs who can only go so far in their little show if you pay attention and do your homework.

The people who speak out defending this organization need only be disregarded without the need to qualify the validity or truthfulness of what they say for a very simple reason.

"You cannot defend any of the operating practices of an entity that has no standardized operating procedures for its participating members".

Why this is true is not everyone is doing the same thing or following the same set of rules at shopgoodwill.com.

It is when an honest person convincingly defends a very reputable well run honest member store of shopgoodwill.com without clearly distinguishing them as being proof of the integrity of the entire organization that consumers are defrauded irregardless of whether the person making the claims realizes it or not.

Intentional fraud does exist inside of shopgoodwill.com so make sure you know what your talking about before you say "its all good".

Your report says nothing. Veiled threats against this company? You stated your "complaint is a formal notice of my intent towards them and also a warning to anyone doing or considering doing business with them"

Yet, you say nothing and expect us to just stop doing business with them based on your perceived transgressions?

Yeah right, get a life beside expelling hot air, you have nothing to contribute.

So you had almost 2 weeks to formulate a response and the best you could come up with is that I am an employee.

Well since youobviously see right through me, I might as well come clean. I work at the Beverly Hills Goodwill. But I only work there on the 3rd Tuesday ofthemonth, unless that is a Full Moon.On those months I actually workat the Paris FranceGoodwill, unlessthis happensin a month that ends in "R". In that case I actually am at the Sydney Australia location. I would workfor Goodwill more but I work at dozens of other companies that I just don't have the time to dedicate to Goodwill that I normally would have.

I can't wait until your Class Action Lawsuit. Especially the part where you explain to the judge that youknew you were getting ripped off and kept bidding a total of 29(or more?) times.

I am curious which Goodwill you are employed by Robert or are you part of the lower dynamics that serves as the glue to hold this organization together? Or rather you would have us believe you are just a consumer who reads rip off reports in his spare time for entertainment? Robert we all know what you are doing and why. My report is as indicated a record so I may be contacted when a Class Action movement starts. You see Mr. Robert Goodwill I am a gambler and refuse to show my hand to you until such time as there is something worth showing for. You cant antagonize me into anything with your little bad will insults. I do believe you are showing everyone (obviously you are a GoodWill employee otherwise you would have no business here) that your organization does view them as "suckers". I am no sucker and I do still shop Goodwill for the uniqueness of the items. What I gain from the uniqueness is also privileged information that will not be detailed here so move along please your obviously an amateur.

P.S. We see right through you.

- Say what? You post about getting Ripped Off, but give no details. Thenin the very next sentence say you will continue to trade with them?

Seriously, if you have that many problems with them why are you still bidding on the items? You claim it is because of the uniqueness of the items, well if you think you are being Ripped Off what does it matter if they are unique or not?

There is an old saying.."Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me". I guess we need to add another line to the saying. "Fool me 29 times, well just put a huge SUCKER stamp on my forehead".
