www.The Praise Factory.com Did not receive any product after payment. On January 27, 2001 I ordered two t-shirts from this website. On February 15, 2001 the check I sent for payment was cashed and posted to my account.

As of today I haven't received my shirts yet. I got on their website to get an email address or phone number where I could find out if they sent my shirts out, because I figured they could have went to a wrong address or something happened to them in the mail. I would just like to know what happened.

Their website says "All questions are generally answered within the hour during normal business hours..." I emailed them Tuesday, and again on Wednesday during normal business hours and I havent had any response from them yet.

I love the shirts they sell on their site, they are meaningful and hard to find, I would have loved for this to be a reliable company. I bet if I were a fund raising project ordering 50 t-shirts for my group I would've got a reply.

I don't like to complain or give people a hard time, but I feel like they could have at least told me they sent out my order and they're sorry I didn't receive it, or they're backed up and haven't got to my order yet. SOMETHING

Slow, but effective

The shirts we received from PraiseFactory.com are excellent quality, and were worth the wait.

It was four to six weeks from order date to receipt of the shirts. In any business there will be failures and problems to be addressed.

I would not judge this company based on two complaints. I will order from them again, and pray for them to improve their response time.

I have read where someone else was ripped off by the Praise Factory. Not only did I get charged and not received my shirts, I was charged twice on my account. What a shame someone is out there ripping off God's people. They are not getting away with this, they will have to answer to God. I feel sorry for them, they will go down in time. May God Bless you other people who were victims.
