BEWARE BEWARE - THE DIGITAL NERDS - ARE A RIPOFF AND EVERYDAYLOWPRICES MUST BE IN ON IT!!!!!!

I ordered a Panasonic Camcorder on-line. The price comparison started with a site called everydaylowprices.com. They listed a firm called www.thedigitalnerds.com. The firm's advertisement promised a "free cleaning kit and tripod with every purchase". The site had over 3,000 positive reviews for this supplier. Shortly after I placed my order, I received an email from support@thedigitalnerds.com stating "Your order has been received. Confirmation department will be open on sunday at 10:30am to 8:30pm EST. Please call us at 800-958-0054 ext 201 to confirm your order, so we may have your order shipped out to you as soon as possible."

I called and they tried to sell me a battery for $79.99. I told them that I was not interested at the moment. "James" hung up.

I then received an email stating "We thank you for your order and appreciate you shopping with us . Due to the product you ordered being out of stock for 6-8 weeks from today's date. We have cancelled the order . when or if we get the product again in stock soon will send you an email to place an order please do not resubmit your order again . sorry again and thanks for your understanding ."

I can only pray now that they do not steal money from my bank account and my identity.
