I ordered a product from them on the 6th of August, and it took 3 days for it to be "fulfilled" Then another 7 days as "Awaiting shipment" After numerous e-mails I was told that the status won't update to "Shipped" until it clears customs in my country.  This is not true as a tracking number, and shipping status can easily be updated the moment the item ships from it's origin.  After requesting a refund, I was fed some bs about shipping, and business days, but the status never changed.  After finding a rip off report for them, and a few comments on other sites, I opened a Paypal dispute in which case they became less than friendly afterwards.  Accusing me of scamming them. Very unprofessional behavior.  Their site also has no contact info except for a few e-mail addresses, all of which lead to the same person in the end.

My name is Ryu Jin. I believe you have me confused with another individual. In any case. I have apologized already, and have asked ripoff report to remove my report.

Mr. Ahrenstein fails to point out that he contacted several departments regarding order status, and was directed to our shipping policy page and given the time frame and expected delivery date for his order.

Not satisfied with this, he continued to Email multiple departments and was given the same answer, which was also not to his satisfaction.  This apparently upset the customer as he then filed a PayPal dispute and began posting negative reviews about our company.  All this was done several days PRIOR to the expected delivery date.

It should be noted that each of our departments responded to the customer with information regarding his order.  At no time was the customer left without immediate communication or information regarding the order, however he chose to act prematurely and without cause.

The customer received the merchandise ordered, which he further fails to point out arrived BEFORE the expected delivery date.

My Mistake

It appears that I have made a mistake when filing this Rip Off Report.  The company does have a weird way of handling the shipping process, but the product did arrive, and I have tested it, and it is fully functional.  I wish to let the company know that I apologize for my rash decisions over the past few days based on a few nay sayers and the unusual methods behind tracking number information.
