In March 2007, I ordered a powerleveling service as a present for my husband because he was unable to play as often. Less than 2 weeks later the company had leveled the character to 65 and I was informed via email through the gaming company that the account had been permanently banned for third party programs that were used. It was my husband's main account and he lost 4 high level characters and all items on each of them.

I contacted THSale repeatedly through email, phone and online chat and ( a month later) they finally told me that they would level a character for me to replace the lost account. At my expense.

I had previously spent $360 and was told that since the employees of thsale has spent time to powerlevel the first time that I would have to now compensate them $100 for the additional account. +$20 for the basic game, and +$30 for the expansion. I agreed because I was desperate to make up the loss to my husband. Within a week the second account was permanently banned. Losing us $100 for the accounts costs, and $460 for the services not rendered.

I have chat logs and emails for reference.
