Complaint Review: Trim Life

Here is my story. I tried their 7-day sample of their diet supplement. I was not the least bit impressed. I first called to cancel within the required period of time which was within 14 days.I emailed them a few days later as a precaution.

I was informed the 30-day-supply shipment was already on it's way so I informed them I would send it back unopened. Not only was I not informed then and there that there would be a shipping charge whether or not I accepted shipment but that they charged me a ridiculous sum of $6.77 for a shipment equivalant to a average size bottle of vitamins.

I politely attempted to have the charge of $6.77 reversed via Trim Life but was informed that Trim Life does not and will not reverse shipping charges. I am disputing this charge through my credit card service at this time.

I am greatly disappointed in this practice because not only did I do what was required of me but every legitimate business I have ever delt with has never charged me a shipping charge for a returned unopened box/product. Thank you for allowing me to share my experience. Watch out for this company!
