Complaint Review: www.vaporcigzz.com

Vaporcigzz.com is forever off my list of vendors. I purchased 20 Vision short wick clearomizers. After filling three with new juice, I noticed hairline cracks in the plastic near the base of another three I had opened, but had not yet filled. These cracks are 1/16th to 1/8th long.

Two were leaking the next day. I explained the situation to the company via email, but their suggestion was that my juice had caused the cracks, also suggesting that I carefully vett my companies, making sure that they use 99.9% Kosher ingredients. Accepted no responsibility whatsoever. Among the companies I order from are BWB, Vermillion River, Alien Visions, Highbrow, Mom & Pop...all of which have been vetted many times by many customers on ECF.

So I checked the 14 clearomizers which had not been opened...hairline cracks on all but 1, maybe 2. Of the 20 clearomizers, 85% were cracked, and 33% of the ones used so far are leaking. I sent a second email to the company, and haven't received any response.. Okay, lesson learned again...buyer beware. I'm a bit sorry for the off topic vent/rant, but
when a company sells an obviously defective product, blames the problem on the customer, then takes no responsibility, it should be noted. I hope they enjoy the 72.80 because they'll never see another cent from me.
