On October 31, 2001 I orderded "Instant Internet Empires" from Mr. Manuel Tuveri (wonder if that is his real name). I paid $49.77 on one of my Creditcards.
I thought what do I have to loose, he offers a %100 Money Back Guarantee. I quote:"If you're not absolutely ecstatic and thrilled when you get this package - for any reason at all - I'll cheerfully refund your money. No headaches, no hassles and no weasel clause."
Well I was not satisfied with what I received and asked for a refund. On my first request I was assured my creditcard will promptly be credited. After two weeks still no credit on my card. Another e-mail, another assurance. Two weeks later still nothing. I'm now at endless stream of e-mails to the e-mail address I used before and had gotten a response. But now there are nomore responses.
I even went as far as printing out all e-mail correspondence and snail mailed it to the address at the bottom of his webpage. Still no response or for that matter a credit on my card.

This person is absolutely wrong. We have sent a form to fill out and resend but we have heard nothing. There are too many people that get into business for "fun". They don't try to make it work or to even follow simple directions. They just charge back the amount invested or ask for a refund. We only ask to fill out a simple one page form, sign it stating that they have removed everything from their hard drive and that they will not attempt to pursue the business. We infact have found people who have
charged the investement back to their card and that have pursue the business and sold it on ebay or similar sites. We just want to make sure that people asking for a refund are serious.
