I ordered an Otterbox Defender from wholesale factory on Dec 5th.

I received automated confirmation message on December 6th.

On December 14th I received a note that shipping was delayed because the item was out of stock.
And it was now in stock and would ship within 24 to 48 hours.  Included was a Tracking link via USPS.

The link only showed that electronic information was transmitted.
On December 21 is showed that the package was received by USPS.


It arrived on December 24th.

The Item does not include the belt clip holster as advertised on the original web page.

After trying to fit the item to the phone I discovered that it did not fit properly.

Thanks to some good quality Videos on u-Tube I discovered the item is a Counterfeit.

I have written them an email and received an automated response that simply acknowledges that they received my email message.
