I purchased a puppy from them and paid by money gram. NEVER, EVERY PAY BY MONEY GRAM!!! I paid what they were asking for the puppy, which included shipping. They received it, and told me I would receive her within 8 hours.

I waited up all night and she never showed. He called at 6am the next morning and said he needed $150 more wired to him because there wasn't enough for shipping, because I didn't reside in NY. Obviousy he knew that when he filled out the shipping form the day before. I argued with him for 2 hours, and against my better judgement I went ahead and sent the money. Again, I waited all night, as he said she would arrive within 8 hours. Well, no surprise. No puppy. He calls the next day at 11am and says he needs $89 for a new health certificate as her exprired 2 days prior. Why didn't he notice this 2 days ago when he was getting her ready? Anyway, I told him absolutely NO MORE MONEY!! I wanted a refund. He said he wouldn't give me a refund unless I came to CA to sign papers to receive a refund. Funny, he advertises that he and his business is in NY. I still have no puppy from him and I am out $442.

He uses the state of NY and he will use different aliases. Also, his english is very broken, even in his description on his advertisements. He will never accept any other form of payment that is secure. He will only accept Money Gram or Western Union as these cannot be tracked. He is able to use false names and does not have to give his address, etc.

Always be sure you go through someone who is willing to accept a secure way of paying. There are even forms of payment that include a 3rd party so both buyer and seller AND puppy are protected. Ex: escrow.com and puppyescrow.com You need to read through the websites for yourself, but protect yourself and your new addition as well from scammers like these.
