I purchased a timeshare with Wyndham Vacation Resorts, Inc on December 24, 2019. I was never informed that I had a date to cancel by.

The terms of this contract were agreed to under duress and false claims of price increases. I was also told that I could make money off this program by renting out my weeks. She told me that my points added up to 7-10 weeks depending on how I use them and could get me at least 7000-10000 to pay for my yearly payments and maintenance fess.

I called the rental department named extra vacation and she only could sell three weeks for the points availabe so I could keep two. The contract they sent me to sign stated that they would take 40% from selling the weeks so I would never see enough to cover the cost thats if they even sold.  She also told a bogus story of two men making millions from selling the weeks back.
