On Sunday, March 27th, 2016 I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my sister-in-law as she was in the hospital. I paid $63 for the bouquet. The next morning, I learned my sister-in-law was being sent home. I called Wygant's at 11:00 am and asked them to re-route the flowers to my sister-in-law's home. They agreed to do so but the woman on the phone obviously couldn't wait to get us off the phone. I honestly doubt she even wrote down the new address.
My sister-in-law waited all day for the flowers to be delivered. At 5:23 pm, "Mary" from Wygant's sent me an e-mail asking me for my sister-in-law's address! I have a toll-free number which I provided Wygant's when I ordered but no one even tried to call!! I sent the following reply to "Mary" (redacted for privacy):
Yes, my Husband called today at 11:00 am and gave you this information. I could tell your representative on the phone wasn't writing anything down. She just wanted to get us off the phone! I guess we were bothering her...won't happen again, I assure you!
WE ARE PISSED THESE FLOWERS WERE NOT DELIVERED TODAY. And then you send me an e-mail at 5:23 pm to ask for an address?!?!? This is bulls***. By the time my sister-in-law gets the flowers, the flowers will be dead. If your company gave a d**n, you could have called on the phone....we have a toll-free number!!

Obviously, Wygant didn't care -- they already had our money!!
The next morning, I received this e-mail back from Wygant's:
Good morning (name redacted),
I would like to apologize for the way I handled your flower order yesterday. I wrote down the information you gave me when you called and did not follow through with the delivery. I am very sorry about that and I do care about my customers and the people receiving the flowers.
We will certainly make you a fresh arrangement today and credit you for part of the arrangement and delivery.

I then went and checked my bank account and you'll never guess what I found?!?! Mary dear had charged me AGAIN for the flowers!! I was charged TWICE for flowers which weren't delivered!!
Beware these crooks! The only thing they deliver is apologies which are nothing more than "lip-service". I will NEVER buy from this business again. They are incompetent at best!
