Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Hello, When my husband and I went to the free breakfast for the timeshare presentation in July of 2017, We was very clear we weren't interested in signing up for a timeshare, the guy was very persistent and asked us if we had any plans on taking any vacation in the coming future.

We told him we had a vacation planned to go to Hawaii in May of 2019, He told us that their trial membership would be perfect for us, He explained we could pay $1000.00 which would be $100 a month after putting a down payment of $350 and use the trial membership for our vacation to Hawaii. That our whole family could stay in the apartment we would be given, So we decided to sign up for the one-time trial membership.

He talked to us the entire time we sign our papers, Now that it's time for us to book our one-time trial membership for our vacation( which our whole family is going on) we're being told the one-time membership isn't valid in Hawaii, I told the representative told me we initialed where it said Hawaii was excluded from the type of package we signed up for.

I tried to explain to her the salesman talk to us the entire time not explaining to us what we where initialing he told us it was just part of the procedure for the trial membership paperwork we were signing, I feel so stupid!! Everyone told me that timeshares are a scam to get your money but I guess i had to learn the hard way.

Now we're out on $1,300.00 still owing them $600.00 which they have but n my credit report and my whole family now still has to pay for hotels for our dream vacation which Wyndham has turn into a nightmare with all the extra money they have cost us with the lies. don't go to the timeshare breakfast!!
