Wyndham timeshares branson Misrepresentation at sales fiasco, Internet
My wife and I attended an update meeting at Branson. We were told we could become VIP if we bought x amount of points and they would roll our ownerships in Pagaso and Florida into one title. We accepted thinking we would be VIP. WRONG!! We found out in Pagosa they had not given us VIP status and had not rolled Florida in with the deal. We have not made payments to them because of their fraud and misleading sales tactics. We have lost $15000 of timeshares in Colorado, and several vacations with our family because of their misrepresentations and promising things they didnt fulfill. We had dealt with Fairfield for 18 years and never worried about all the bad stories about timeshare salesmen. They were always fair. Not this group in Branson with Wyndham. They have a completely different way of selling, and it isn't by getting repeat business!!!
Do not let them talk you into letting them make everything easier and cheaper by putting all your properties into one deed. That is how they obtain a lot of properties to resale probably. They have kept ours and we are trying to get it back. If anyone can let us know of a class action suit in progress, we would like to be a part of it!!We do not recommend anyone to waste time at Wyndham in Branson. Be sure everything is in writing and maybe record everything said and done- That would stop some of their misleading!!
